Best Game Ever!

You take all your time and energy and pour it into something or hopefully someone and wait for it to grow. I've been coaching girls basketball for the past 2 months just waiting for them to realize their potential. It was there all along they just never stepped up and claimed it. This past Tuesday we had an awakening or should I say an epiphany. The lights came on, they realized what they were capable of. We played a 4 quarter game and at the end we were tied with the other team. In over-time with three seconds left, still tied, one of my players Lisa hit a 3 point shot to win the game. The crowd went nuts, the girls were crying, happy crying i guess.
It was amazing!

God must feel the same way for those lost souls or even saved souls not living up to their God given potential. God waits, and pours in everything just waiting for that 3 point shot to win the game. God has already won. The question is are we willing to step up and claim that we are on the winning team?
